Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American actress and performer who is of Dutch descent is a Dutch native. She is known for her performances in theatre as well as her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. In 2006, she recorded her own cover of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania.
